Quick answers

Sydney Transit uses your location to find the nearest transport stops and show you live departures. Your location is never stored — it's only used to make the live request to Transport for NSW.
Yes! Tap the location pill at the top of any departure screen to manually select from a list of Sydney hubs, or search for any address. Everything works without GPS.
Sydney Transit pulls live data directly from Transport for NSW. If times look off, it's usually a brief API delay — the app refreshes automatically every 5 minutes. If the issue persists, email us with your location and transport mode and we'll investigate.
Tap the ⓘ button on any departure screen, then tap "Restore Purchase". As long as you're signed into the same Apple ID, your Pro unlock will be restored at no extra charge.
Widgets refresh automatically every 10 minutes. If yours seems stuck, open the app briefly — this triggers a fresh fetch and updates the widget. If that doesn't work, try removing and re-adding the widget from your home screen.
Pro is a one-time purchase that unlocks the home screen widget — so you can see your next departure without opening the app. All three transport modes (Ferry, Bus, Train) are free forever.
